Coming Soon to Artisan Pro

Because a food business is rarely a one-person job

Run your food business together.

Add your partner, your assistant, or the friend who runs your farmers market booth. Give each one the right level of access — without sharing your password, your payouts, or your peace of mind.

The cottage food founder's Saturday morning.

You're baking at 5 a.m. for the afternoon market. Three new orders just came in. A customer's messaging about a pickup. Your partner's trying to help — but everything's locked behind your phone, your email, your password.

Right Now
You share one login

Or your partner texts you every time an order comes in. The whole business lives on your phone, and stepping away costs you sales.

Right Now
Market day is a handoff

Your market helper can't process payments in SellFood IRL without your phone in their hand. One person running the booth, one person answering the phone — and it's all you.

Right Now
No one sees what you see

Your assistant can't check inventory, update a listing, or reply to a message unless you drop what you're doing and do it yourself.

Three steps to a shared account.

Team Access is built for real kitchens, not enterprise IT. You'll have someone working alongside you in minutes.

1
Invite them by email

Send an invitation from your dashboard. They'll get an email, create their own login, and land in your account ready to work. Your password never leaves your head.

2
Pick their role

Choose from Manager, Market Helper, or a custom mix. You decide what they can see — orders, listings, messages, market mode — and what stays locked to you.

3
Run the business together

They log in with their own credentials. Every action is logged. Remove their access any time — a single click from your dashboard, and they're out.

Built for the people you already rely on.

You didn't start this business alone, and you shouldn't have to run it alone either. Here's who we're designing for.

Your Partner
Full-time teammate

The one who answers the door for pickups, helps pack orders, and asks "did anyone new order today?" Give them the full picture so they can jump in without texting you first.

Your Assistant
Part-time helper

The neighbor, student, or friend you bring on a few hours a week. They can handle listings, answer customer messages, and prep orders — without ever seeing your payouts or billing.

Your Market-Day Helper
Booth runner

The family member or friend who works your farmers market while you bake. Give them exactly what they need — SellFood IRL market mode, orders, and nothing else.

You're always in control.

Every team member gets a role. Roles decide what they see, what they can change, and what stays with you. Here's the plan for launch.

Capability Owner Manager Market Helper
View orders
Fulfill & mark orders shipped
Edit & create listings
Reply to buyer messages

Stripe payouts & bank
Subscription & billing

Team Access, answered.

Everything sellers have been asking us about running SellFood with a partner or small team.

How does team access work on SellFood?

Team Access lets you invite other people to your SellFood seller account by email. Each person gets their own login and a role that controls what they can see and do — you never share your password. It's coming soon and will be included with Artisan Pro.

Can I add someone to my SellFood account without sharing my password?

Yes. That's the point. You send an email invitation, they create their own login, and you assign them a role. You can remove their access any time — and your password stays yours alone.

What can my team members see and do?

That depends on the role you give them. A Manager can handle listings, orders, messages, and analytics but can't touch billing or payouts. A Market Helper only sees SellFood IRL market-mode tools for running your booth. Only the Owner — you — can manage billing, payouts, and the team itself.

Do team members need their own SellFood account?

Yes. When you invite them, they'll be prompted to create their own login with their own email and password. That's how we keep your account secure and let each person have their own activity history.

Is there a limit on how many team members I can add?

The exact seat limits are still being finalized. Artisan Pro will include enough seats to cover a typical home-run food business — a partner, an assistant, and a market helper or two. We'll share the final numbers when we announce the launch.

Will team members have access to my Stripe payouts or billing?

No. Payouts, Stripe Connect settings, subscription billing, and team management are Owner-only. Your team can help you run the business, but the money and the account itself stay in your hands.

When will Team Access be available?

We're building it now. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment it's live — plus early access for sellers on the list.
