Yes. You can upgrade instantly and downgrade at the end of your billing period. No penalties.

What happens if I exceed my listing limit?

You'll be prompted to upgrade your plan. Existing listings stay active — you just can't add new ones until you upgrade or remove some.

Is the regulations library really free?

Yes — at every tier, forever. Food seller compliance information should be accessible to everyone.

How do founding member transaction fees work?

Founding members pay 6.5% on every sale — online and market day — for as long as they maintain their account. That rate never increases.

Does the affiliate cost come out of my earnings?

No. Affiliate commissions come entirely out of SellFood's share of the transaction. You always see a flat 10% (or 6.5%) fee — never more.

What is Daily Batch?

Daily Batch is a featured seller program exclusive to Artisan Pro and Founding members. Details coming soon — eligible sellers will be notified when it launches.

Who can sell at a SellFood Market?

Market day access is available to Artisan Pro and Founding members only. Artisan Pro members pay $15/day and Founding members pay $10/day — plus the host's booth fee. Starter and Seller plans are online only.

What is the 30-day fee waiver on Artisan Pro Annual?

When you sign up for Artisan Pro Annual, your transaction fee drops to 0% for your first 30 days. After that it returns to the standard 10%. A countdown banner in your dashboard tracks the days remaining.

What happens when all 100 founding spots are claimed?

The founding member option is permanently retired. Round 2 Charter Members open automatically at $1,299/$1,599 with the standard 10% transaction fee — no fee discount.
